New File List View
We’re excited to introduce the new List View in the File Manager, designed to make organizing and accessing your files even more efficient.
With List View, you can:
- View files – Select to view files uploaded by firm users or client users.
- Sort files – Sort by column headers, giving you control over how files are displayed
- Add to folder—Check where the files are stored, and if they are not in a folder, click the link to add them to the desired folder.
Users can switch to List View by selecting the View as option in the upper right-hand corner or clicking the View All link next to the Recent Files.
Drag and Drop to Add Files and Folders
You can now drag and drop files and folders into your folders in the Client Hub File Manager. This makes transferring files from your local computer to Client Hub quicker and more convenient.
Easy Upload
The new easy upload option in the Client Workspace is a simple and secure way for clients to upload files for you and your team. This eliminates the need for them to navigate away from the Workspace to upload their files.
When the client uploads files using the Easy Upload option, they appear in the Easy Upload Bucket in the file manager, where you and your team can review and move them to their final destination.
