The original product that was released was just a client portal and has grown from there. They are a fast-forward development company, meaning they are continuously evolving, the newest feature is Magic Workflow using chat gpt and ai. This will help you create workflow templates and jobs just using a simple description, and create a checklist and details about what is important for that workflow. They are dedicated to their community and have a user-only Facebook community, a biweekly community newsletter, and bi-weekly happy hours!

She shared that inside Avalara is an amazing team and very supportive! Liz loved that each time she integrated with an e-commerce client, she got the opportunity for more robust sales tax reports.
