I am building a new niche, “Accounting for Accounting Firms.” I am going to be offering bookkeeping for their books, not for their client books.
Growth Goals: I purposely scaled back in 2019; I am pretty happy with our client workload, so not looking to drive growth as much as replace non-accounting firm work with my new niche. I want enough bookkeeping to keep my team member on, but I am very focused on aspects of my business unrelated to accounting work (template sales, app partnership work and firm coaching).
